Having suffered from arthritis for many years and needing both knees replaced, I was looking for a trainer that could work with these conditions and yet not make them worse. I also wanted to lose excess weight that I was carrying due to limited mobility. Brandon not only works very well with my limitations, but also has taught me a great amount about nutrition and body mechanics. In a few short months, I have progressed much further than I thought I would and know I can make it the rest of the way. Brandon is not only a trainer but one that truly cares about his clients. He is extremely knowledgeable and great to have as a trainer. I highly recommended him to any one that is looking for a trainer to not only help you get into shape, but also to keep you there.
