- Eat 5 meals a day (about every 3 hours) to speed up metabolism
- Eat 2-3 fruits in the morning, and 3-5 veggies at night to for fat loss
- Don't skip meals, as this will cause uncontrollable sugar cravings, which will lead to overeating
- Avoid high fat foods, as they have double the calories of carbs and protein
- Always eat a green leafy veggie before eating a starchy carbohydrate. This will help slow down the suger absorption.
- Drink a glass of water bofore every meal. This will help with portion control.
- Dont assume because you order a salad that it is healthy. Most have more calories in the dressing then in a hamburger.
