Candied sweet potato

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Large sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup brown sugar splenda
  • cinnamon
  • butter buds

DIRECTIONS

  • Peel sweet potatoes and slice them into 1/4 inch slices.
  • Lay them out side by side on a baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle with butter buds, brown sugar splenda, and cinnamon.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
  • Remove from oven.
  • Flip each piece over and sprinkle with butter buds, brown sugar splenda, and cinnamon.
  • Bake again at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or until soft.
  • Enjoy!
