Ernest Brandon is a advanced cetified personal trainer through AFFA. He played several sports including boxing, MMA, wrestling, football, and weightlifting. Originally from St.Augustine he moved to Jacksonville to finish his education at UNF. He started personal training at 18 and opened BodyWorks Personal Training in 2003. He has appered on ESPN and local news stations. He is also a featured writer for magazine Natural Awakenings, and a columnist for the Florida Times Union.

Jessica Hoffman Jessica is a Certified Personal Trainer through International Fitness Professionals Association and a Certified Cancer Exercise Specialist through Cancer Exercise Training Institute. Jessica has been active throughout most of her life. She played basketball and volleyball in high school and in recent years started weight training and running. She enjoys doing the occasional mud run or 5K. Jessica graduated from Ohio Northern University with Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and currently works as an oncology pharmacist. Jessica specializes in weight loss, training for cancer survivors and enjoys helping individuals reach their fitness goals.
